Problem one, dispersion stability problem
From a physical and chemical point of view, there is mainly physical adsorption between common dispersions and lubricants and fillers, that is, the interaction between fillers and dispersions and lubricants is mainly based on van der Waals forces. This force is temporary and unstable, which leads to dispersion stability problems.Powder coating agent 222 is a block copolymer. Compared with traditional surface treatment agents, it has two major improvements in molecular structure, which solves the problem of the difference in polarity between the polymer matrix and starch, calcium powder and talc Existing instability, thereby increasing the dispersion stability of the inorganic powder in the polymer matrix and the compatibility with the organic polymer.
Solving the problem of dispersion stability can improve the hand feel of degraded products, improve tensile strength, elasticity, tear resistance and other mechanical properties.
Problem two, compatibility problem
Compatibility issues are reflected in two aspects in degradable plastics:
1. Compatibility of fillers such as starch, calcium powder, talc and polymer matrix When preparing PLA and PBAT degradable plastic products, the compatibility of starch, calcium powder, talc and other fillers is not good, which will seriously affect the performance of PLA and PBAT degradable plastic products. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the performance of degradable plastic products. For this performance, it is necessary to add a suitable plastic compatibilizer to pre-treat the filler of plastic products to improve the dispersibility, fluidity and compatibility of the filler with the polymer matrix.
2. Compatibility of PBAT/PLA In order to improve the low melt strength of PLA, poor melt viscoelasticity, insufficient toughness, etc., PBAT with strong toughness and high melt strength is often used in practical applications and its blending modification is often used. However, if you simply add PBAT to modify, the compatibility of PLA and PBAT is not good, and the problem cannot be solved. It is usually necessary to add a compatible chain extender 6902 containing multiple epoxy functional groups to make the terminal hydroxyl or terminal carboxyl group in the polymer molecular chain react with the chain extender at high temperature, which improves the relative molecular weight of the polymer on the one hand, and on the other On the one hand, a long-chain branched structure is introduced into the polymer molecule to improve the melt strength and melt viscoelasticity of the polymer.
It solves the problem of compatibility, can improve the anamorphic appearance, the mechanical properties of polymer melt such as extension resistance, expansion resistance and sag resistance, and improve the hand feel and softness of degradable material products.
Problem three, processing stability is low
From the perspective of practical application, many dispersions and lubricants have low molecular weights, resulting in poor temperature resistance, affecting and limiting their application in high processing temperature plastics.
In response to the above problems, we have developed a series of plastic additives to form a dispersion lubrication system with a melting gradient to meet the temperature requirements of powder handling, mixing, processing, and application. There is also a high-efficiency extreme Sexual lubricant 222.
