How are bagasse tableware made?
Sugarcane pulp tableware refers to disposable environmentally friendly tableware made of wet pulp or pulp board made of bagasse and molded by a molding tableware machine. Through pulping, cold mold grouting (pulping, slurry suction) molding, hot mold molding, trimming, selection, disinfection, and packaging.
The main process is: according to the order requirements, it is mixed with sugarcane pulp, bamboo pulp, etc. in proportion. Generally, bamboo pulp accounts for 10-20% of the pulp board, and the proportion of sugarcane pulp board is about 80%. The mixing ratio of sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp is different depending on the customer's requirements for the product. First, soak the sugarcane pulp and bamboo pulp in different proportions in a hydraulic pulper for about 5 minutes, start the hydraulic pulper for crushing, and put the crushed slurry into the pulping tank for dilution. During the dilution process, add oil repellent and waterproofing agent, and the pulping tank agitator stirs the slurry evenly. Then, the diluted slurry is pumped into the pulp supply tank with a pulp pump and continuously stirred. In this way, the pulping process is completed.
The slurry in the slurry supply pool is transported to the forming machine of the disposable environmentally friendly paper mold automatic production line through the slurry supply pipeline by a slurry pump. The water in the slurry is removed by vacuum filtration on the forming machine, so that the fibers in the slurry are adsorbed on the wire mesh used for forming to form a wet embryo. The wet embryo and the wire mesh are manually transferred to the hot pressing shaping machine. At a temperature of about 230 and a pressure of about 15 tons, the water in the wet embryo is squeezed out by a hot pressing mold, and the wet embryo is dried to form a semi-finished product.
The semi-finished product after shaping is transferred to the trimming position, and the excess edge material is removed by a trimming machine with a cutter. After trimming, the product is transferred to the inspection process. The inspector inspects according to the customer's standards, picks out the products that do not meet the customer's requirements, and the products that meet the requirements are transferred to the disinfection and packaging process, which are disinfected by an ultraviolet disinfector. The disinfected products are packaged in a closed sterile packaging room and stored in the warehouse.
