During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, Taiyuan City should guide postal and express delivery enterprises to take a green development path through the preferential policies of the state, province and city to encourage energy conservation, emission reduction and recycling of resources, and actively strive for green and low-carbon pilot demonstration projects in the postal industry. Encourage enterprises to reuse various packaging containers in the turnover process, strengthen material management and the application of advanced packaging technology, and further reduce packaging consumables per unit express. Taking colleges and universities as pilots, promote packaging recycling and reuse, establish a multi-party collaborative packaging recycling system, and advocate moderate packaging for users.
In addition, promote the use of reusable and degradable environmentally friendly packaging materials in the city's industry, and promote the use of slimming tape, simple packaging, low-weight and high-strength packaging boxes, recycle transfer bags and shared express boxes and other materials and accessories.
