PGA material not only has excellent mechanical strength and barrier properties, but also can be degraded in various natural environments, including degradation in the marine environment, and is an excellent environmental protection material. The fully biodegradable garbage bag made of PGA as the main raw material has excellent tensile strength and puncture resistance, and can be a good substitute for traditional PE plastic garbage bags to meet the needs of daily household garbage collection.
After the composting test of Beijing Guozhong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Asuwei Domestic Waste Comprehensive Treatment Plant, the results show that the PGA garbage bag has good biodegradation performance, which matches the one-time aerobic fermentation treatment cycle of kitchen waste and garden waste, and can achieve synchronous degradation.
The application of PGA garbage bags can not only solve the current problem of kitchen waste sorting requiring broken bags, reduce the impact of kitchen waste odor on the environment, but also improve the enthusiasm of residents to participate in garbage sorting. This pilot application research involves 5 communities in 4 urban areas in Beijing, with a total of more than 10,000 residents. It is planned to carry out a 6-month pilot application. Through feedback, the products will be continuously improved and upgraded, and will make outstanding contributions to the waste classification industry in Beijing. , while providing application demonstrations for PGA industrial device products.
