5.What format of art-work need to provide?

Please provide artworks in AI or PDF format and with DPI no less than 300. If you have no idea of how to make designs, pictures with DPI no less than 200 is also workable for us, or send us your general idea of the design and our designer will make the artwork according to your request. 

6.Can I get samples?

Yes. We can send you samples for free, but the courier charge is on your account. 

7.Can you make sample for custom design? 

Yes, but have sample charge. This charge will be refunded according to your quantity after order confirmed.

8.How long for making sample?

7-10 working days

9.What's the production lead time?

It depends on the quantity. It varies from 10 to 30 working day
