Reasonable recycling of residual film
Recovery time and method: timely recovery is carried out in the late growth period of the current crop, the fallow period and before sowing in the following year. According to crop types, regional characteristics, planting methods and production scale, the technical methods of manual picking, mechanical recycling and manual picking + mechanical recycling are adopted.
Picking up residual film: timely film removal techniques are encouraged, and film removal should be carried out when the soil is moist. Before removing the film, the straw and stubble on the mulch cover should be properly removed to ensure that the mulch can be lifted and recycled smoothly when picking up. In areas with less mulching film coverage, manual picking is recommended; in areas with land leveling or relatively concentrated mulching areas, mechanical picking is recommended. After the mechanical pick-up, supplementary pick-up should be carried out manually for the mulch film and the field headland left in the farmland.
Residual film collection: Pay attention to removing surface impurities (stones, stubble, soil, etc.) during the film collection process for later processing and reuse. Do not arbitrarily discard, bury and burn on farmland or other agricultural land. During temporary storage in the field, anti-blowing measures should be taken, and the collected residual film should be avoided during the collection and loading process. The overall recovery rate of plastic film in the current season should reach more than 90%.
Transportation and storage: Do not stack the recycled plastic film in the field for a long time. It should be transported in a centralized manner. During transportation, it should not be mixed with flammable, explosive or corrosive substances. Isaac. The storage place should be in a closed or semi-closed environment, and should be equipped with fireproof, windproof, rainproof, sunscreen, anti-scattering, anti-leakage and other measures to avoid open-air stacking. The mulch should be bundled and packed and stacked to prevent re-pollution of the surrounding environment. It is not advisable to stack other things on the top of the plastic film, so as not to cause the plastic film to stick to each other due to heavy pressure.
Disposal and Reuse Routes
High-efficiency reuse technical requirements: During the disposal and reuse of farmland residual film, it should be strictly implemented in accordance with the requirements of the "Technical Specification for Plastic Recycling and Recycling Pollution Control (Trial)" (HJ/T364-2007), and adopt water-saving, energy-saving, high-efficiency , Environmentally friendly methods and equipment. The recovered residual film can be used to produce greenhouse skeletons, well covers, sewer pipes, drip irrigation belts, plastic stools and other products.
Efficient utilization of residual film: processed into plastic granules, and used to produce other plastic products through processes such as impurity removal, cleaning, drying, crushing, extrusion molding, cutting and granulation. Or burn through special equipment, and the generated energy is used for power generation, heating, etc.
