Accelerate the implementation of agricultural cleaner production
Improve the reduction and green level of agricultural production inputs. Strengthen the supervision and management of the production, operation and use of agricultural inputs, strengthen the supervision and management of livestock and poultry aquaculture, and use chemical fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural films, feed additives and other agricultural inputs in a scientific and rational manner.
Promote the use of organic fertilizers, plant green manure, and compost, and carry out demonstrations of chemical fertilizer reduction and efficiency improvement, and demonstrations of organic fertilizers replacing chemical fertilizers. The utilization of straw as fertilizer, feed and energy shall be implemented according to local conditions. Cultivate professional straw collection, storage and transportation service agencies and leading enterprises, and promote the industrialization of comprehensive utilization of straw. Promote the utilization of various livestock and poultry manure resource utilization modes, such as returning full amount of manure to the field, fertilizing sewage, composting solid manure, and ectopic fermentation, and strengthening the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure. Improve the construction of agricultural plastic film recycling system, continue to carry out the investigation and monitoring of farmland plastic film residues, carry out thickening and fully biodegradable plastic film test demonstrations, and prevent white pollution in farmland.
