Hainan Tianyin BDO, PBS fully biodegradable new material project officially launched
Hainan Tianyin full biodegradable new material project landed in the petrochemical functional park, with a total investment of about 2.7 billion yuan, covering a total area of 260 acres. Using butane as the raw material, the project will build four sets of plants including commercial butane hydrogenation, n-butane to maleic anhydride, BDO and PBS, with an annual output of 120,000 tons of PBS, and production of fully biodegradable new materials PBS, BDO and other products. The project is planned to be completed and handed over in March 2024, and it will start production in June of the same year.
