According to local conditions, actively and steadily promote degradable plastics, improve the standard system, improve inspection and testing capabilities, and standardize application and disposal.

Strengthen the classification, recycling and recycling of plastic waste, speed up the construction of domestic waste incineration facilities, and reduce the amount of plastic waste to landfill.

Strengthen market supervision, severely crack down on illegal production and sales of plastic products that are banned by the state, and strictly investigate and deal with degradable plastic false labels and fake labels. Previously, the European Commission issued guidelines for disposable plastic products on May 31, and the EU’s directive on disposable plastic products was implemented on July 3. The new regulations prohibit the use of oxidatively degradable and biodegradable plastics in 10 types of disposable personal household products.
