Sand control, green sand control - polylactic acid sand barrier
At present, polylactic acid (PLA) sand barrier has been used in the desertification control of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia and other places in my country. So, specifically, what are the advantages of green sand control technology based on polylactic acid sand barrier?
1. Sand control, improve laying efficiency
The materials of sand barriers are mostly local materials, such as clay, wheat straw, reeds, straw, gravel, bricks and tiles, and branches. The polylactic acid fiber sandbag sand barrier uses polylactic acid fiber fabric as the basic material of the sandbag. After filling it with sand, it becomes a sand barrier body. Therefore, it can be filled on site in the desert area, which also makes the transportation of sand barriers more convenient and the laying more convenient.

2. Biodegradable, low-carbon and environmentally friendly
In the process of sand control, nylon nets, PE sand-blocking nets, PVC sandbags, etc. have also played a great protective effect, but because their materials cannot be degraded, they will gradually age into fragments under the influence of environmental factors and enter the soil, which is difficult to recycle, bringing new pressure to the local ecology. The disadvantage of "preventing pollution while controlling" has greatly restricted its work in preventing and controlling sand.
The polylactic acid sand barrier is made of polylactic acid fiber material. Not only is the raw material renewable, but the fiber product also has good biodegradability. It can be completely biodegraded into carbon dioxide and water in the natural environment without any secondary pollution or chemical residue.
