The classification of microbial fertilizers
Microbial fertilizer is a product of living microorganisms. The fertilizer contains living microorganisms. After the fertilizer is applied to the soil, it increases the supply of plant nutrients and promotes plant growth through the life activities of microorganisms. Microbial fertilizers are divided into three categories: microbial inoculants, bio-organic fertilizers and compound microbial fertilizers.
1. Microbial inoculum Microbial inoculum is a live bacterial product made of one or more target microorganisms that are directly used after industrial production and multiplication, or are concentrated or adsorbed by a carrier. Microbial inoculants are divided into single inoculants and compound inoculants. A single inoculum is made from one microbial species, and can be divided into several types according to the specific microbial species or mechanism of action in the product, such as rhizobia inoculants, Nitrogen-fixing bacteria agent, phosphorus-resolving microbial agent, silicate microbial agent, photosynthetic bacteria agent, organic material decomposing agent, growth-promoting agent, mycorrhizal agent, soil bioremediation agent, etc. The compound bacterial agent is made from two or more microbial species that are not antagonistic to each other. The inoculum is divided into solid and liquid from the external form. The solid inoculum is powder. For the convenience of storage and transportation, the production of solid inoculum is mainly used. Microbial inoculants mainly rely on the life activities of microorganisms to increase nutrients for plants and improve soil.
2. Bio-organic fertilizer Bio-organic fertilizer is a kind of fertilizer with both microbial fertilizer and organic fertilizer effect, which is composed of specific functional microorganisms and decomposed organic fertilizer. Bio-organic fertilizers are granular in appearance. Bio-organic fertilizer has a certain fertilizer effect, can effectively improve the quality of crops, and the dosage is large. It is an environmentally friendly fertilizer and is suitable for use in organic agricultural production.
3. Compound microbial fertilizer Compound microbial fertilizer refers to a fertilizer composed of specific microorganisms, nutrients and organic matter, which has both the role of microorganisms and the role of chemical fertilizers. The compound microbial fertilizer has high fertility, fast fertilizer effect and large dosage, which can promote crop yield and is easy to use.
