New packaged versions of the brand's best-selling tea are now available through Whole Foods, Central Markets, and the company's website.
Tea Spot's certified organic, non-GMO Project-verified teas are now bundled with new compostable packaging, thanks to a $10,000 grant from Boulder County for pollution reduction initiatives. The grant promotes research into compostable materials to expand The Tea Spot's sustainability efforts for individually wrapped tea bags in foodservice. Packaging and tea bags are made from plant-based and sustainable materials - 100% biodegradable and compostable in a commercial setting.
