In 2022, 77.1% of JD Daojia's packaging bags will be biodegradable packaging bags


On April 21, JD.com announced that by the end of 2022, JD.com had completed the installation of photovoltaic power generation systems in 23 smart logistics parks, and the annual power generation of photovoltaic roofs reached 81,970 MWh. JD.com provided customized regional distribution center construction services for BMW, and built its first "green warehouse" for after-sales parts in China in Hefei. This year, it completed the North China Regional Distribution Center and obtained LEED Gold certification.

 

JD Logistics’ B2C fresh food business has been connected to recirculating incubators. By the end of 2022, 700,000 incubators have been deployed in a large-scale and normalized manner in 18 cities, with a cumulative delivery of more than 200 million times, reducing the use of foam boxes by 200 million. Circular Qingliu boxes can be sealed by relying on logistics face sheets, and 200,000 boxes have been put into normal use in 30 cities, with a total of 20 million times. In 2022, 77.1% of JD Daojia’s packaging bags will be biodegradable packaging bags, covering about 70% of orders.

 

Dada Express implements carbon emission reduction measures in the whole process of sorting, packaging, distribution and other links. The annual distribution distance is 1.82 billion kilometers, and the distribution of electric vehicles is basically realized. JD Logistics has launched new energy vehicles in more than 50 cities across the country, and all self-operated urban distribution vehicles in Beijing have been replaced with new energy vehicles.

 

In 2022, JD.com's computer digital and mobile phone trade-in orders will increase by 430% and 100% year-on-year respectively, and carbon reduction will reach 150,000 tons. By the end of 2022, JD Cloud's operating data centers will use more than 35% of clean electricity and reduce carbon emissions by more than 6,000 tons.
