Using PLA material, Jier launched a new environmentally friendly disposable electronic cigarette solution

Recently, Jier Group, the parent company of the e-cigarette brand Voopoo, stated that it has developed the world's first new dual-environmental protection disposable e-cigarette solution, called the Cyclo series, which combines the concepts of detachable and biodegradable.

The Cyclo series is made of the group's exclusive patented PLA material, a biodegradable material made from starch raw material derived from corn, a renewable plant resource.

In addition, Jier said that it has gone through thousands of trials and tests to create a unique internal structure and process to further enhance the stability of the unique PLA material, allowing it to maintain its initial strength after thousands of drop and impact tests, The stability and safety of PLA electronic cigarette sticks are greatly improved without destroying the original biodegradable advantages of the material.

The company has also implemented a wide range of green design features, including solder-free lead-free design and pre-automated modular assembly. These design features mean that the Cyclo vape solution can be easily disassembled for recycling or disposal, minimizing the environmental impact of manufacturing and use.

This series will adopt advanced atomizing coil technology, including mesh coil technology and gene tree ceramic coil technology, so as to prolong the service life, reduce material waste, and bring more stable and pure taste to electronic cigarettes.

"In view of this, we named our e-cigarette solution Cyclo, which represents our commitment to create a closed-loop product cycle that is both environmentally friendly and sustainable. In addition, Cyclo's slogan is 'all things cycle', which reflects our efforts in all business areas dedication and determination to promote environmental sustainability," the company said in a statement.
