Strengthen agricultural non-point source pollution control.
Promote high-value utilization of straw. Increase the promotion and application of thickened plastic film and fully biodegradable plastic film, and crack down on non-standard agricultural plastic film entering the market.
Select a group of key counties and whole counties in key river basins such as the Yangtze River and the Yellow River to promote comprehensive control of agricultural non-point source pollution.
